Hi, I'm Mollie.
I'm the founder of Adventuring Within and a Full Spectrum Breathwork and Inner Work Facilitator. Some of you may also know me as 'Where's Mollie'. I spent 7 years as a full time travel blogger, filling my soul with adventure and ticking all the boxes that society deemed successful...
But I was disconnected from my body and I was continually in loops of burn out and overwhelm. It was a rollercoaster that was fun but exhausting. My bank account and bucket list may have been full - but I was left feeling like something was still missing.
It was only when my physical body said ENOUGH through chronic pain and inflammation, that I stopped to listen and search for success within.
I now know to my core that if you are looking for happiness and health, you must look to the physical, yes, but you cannot ignore the mental, emotional and spiritual layers of the body.
